I am currently a Senior Data Scientist working at Tiko, a young and dynamic company whose main objective is to leverage the constant development of Virtual Power Plants to considerably reducing carbon emissions of residential homes, thus favouring the green transition. My main professional contributions have been in predictive maintenance and consumption forecasting projects, mostly designing machine learning algorithms in the context of time series analysis.

I left the Academia in 2019, after I received a PhD in Astrophysics from the University of Melbourne. My Research in theoretical astrophysics was focused on the the study of the dynamics in dense stellar systems known as globular clusters. In particular, I aimed at finding possible dynamical signatures for the presence of intermediate-mass black holes.

In the academic years I worked under the supervision of Prof. Michele Trenti , and collaborated with worldwide experts at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (Cambridge, MA) and the Max Plank Institute of Astronomy (Heidelberg, Ger).

I studied Physics at Università degli studi di Milano where I received the Bachelor of Science (2012) and the Master of Science in (2015), working on globular cluster dynamics supervised by Prof. Giuseppe Bertin.
